More From Our Photo Session

Aunt Kathy (Pete's Sister) came over and did a wonderful job taking some pictures of Claire. Here are some of our favorites...

Party In My Playpen

Thanks for the fabulous outfit, Aunt Beth!

Go Purdue!

We think this last one is her most recent thoughts on Purdue's performance against Xavier :)

Bringing Claire Home!!!

Yesterday afternoon we had the pleasure of bringing our new daughter home to meet Emma and discover her new surroundings. We are all adjusting, but so far so good. Thank you again to everyone who visited in the hospital and please feel free to stop by and visit us at home. Here are a few pictures of our experience.

Tuesday's the day!!! (If not sooner)

Hey Everyone! Well, we went to the doctor's yesterday and they said I was 50% effaced, but not dilated. Because the baby is already measuring so big, they are going to give me until my due date (3/25) and then induce me if I haven't gone on my own. We go in Monday and then will most likely go into the hospital on Tuesday to be induced. We are very excited and will post photos as soon as we can on this website! Hope everyone is doing well and thanks for all of the love and support! :)

Almost There...

Well, we are just about 39 weeks along and still pregnant. We thought our little one was going to join us on Sunday when I started having contractions. The contractions were about every 3 minutes for almost 24 hours but when I went in they just said that they weren't strong enough to change my cervix and that I just needed to go home and try and relax. That was disappointing but we want he/she to come when they are ready. The contractions are still there, just not strong enough to "take my breath away" which is what I was told I need to wait for. I am hoping the contractions are a sign that we won't be going another 11 days until my due date but that may just be wishful thinking! :) Here's hoping the next entry is news that our baby has arrived!!!
